A Orange souffle with great consistency can never make a bad choice for a dessert and specially when your fruit flavour is orange. Watch this recipe to learn how to make Orange Souffle at home. Ananya also shows you how to set the souffle very cutely that will leave your guests in awe! You will require the following ingredients to learn how to cook Orange Souffle at home:  Oranges – 4  Honey – 1 cup  Sugar – ½ cup  Gelatin – 2 tsp  Egg whites – 4  Fresh Cream – ½ cup  Orange peel cups  Cointreau (Orange Liqueur) – 2-3 tbs (optional) Prep: Slice the oranges in half and scoop out the insides. The peel cups will be used later to freeze the soufflé. Squeeze the scooped oranges to get the orange juice for the recipe. Method: 1. Heat a pan. Add the Orange Juice into into the pan, leaving out 1/4th of it. Add the honey and sugar. Keep stirring this occasionally. 2. Soak the gelatin in rest of the orange juice (about ¼ th cup). 3. Add the gelatin mixture into the pan. 4. Stir the mixture while it’s on the flame. It should boil so the gelatin melts. 5. Take the egg whites and beat them together in a completely clean mixer or bowl. Make sure there is no previous residue. 6. Beat the egg whites properly. This is very important to the recipe. The consistency should be airy and fluffy, and thick enough not to drip. 7. Transfer the egg whites into a bowl. 8. Take fresh cream and whisk it. 9. Add the orange juice and gelatin mixture to the whisked cream. 10. Blend all this together. 11. Pour this batter into the egg whites, little by little. 12. Use the folding method to mix it together. 13. Add the Cointreau. (Optional) 14. Pour little quantities of the soufflé into the orange cups, cover with the other half and freeze for at least 2-3 hours. 15. Take out of the freezer and serve.
